Young adults attending peer support groups for people living with bipolar

We are asking if you would like to take part in a research project to investigate the impact on young adults (18-30 years) of attending peer support groups for people living with bipolar.

Before you consent to participate in the study, we ask that you read the participant information sheet and enter ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for each of the statements below

I understand that once my data has been anonymised and incorporated into themes, it might not be possible to withdraw it, though every attempt will be made to extract it up to the point of analysis.
